Client Policies

Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments are available by scheduling only.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the session fee.


Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to ensure all clients are served promptly.
Full payment is required for the reserved session.


Intake & Consent Forms
All new clients must complete an intake and consent form prior to the first session. This ensures safe and effective care.


Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of service.
Accepted payment methods: cash, credit/debit cards, Venmo, and Zelle.


Professional Boundaries
This is a professional therapeutic practice.
Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session with full charges applied.
Future appointments may be refused.


Conduct & Right to Refuse Service
A safe and respectful environment is required at all times.
Disrespectful behavior, harassment, sexual remarks, intoxication, or any actions that compromise safety or comfort will not be tolerated.
I reserve the right to decline or discontinue services at my discretion if a client’s behavior, request, or interaction is inappropriate, unsafe, or makes me uncomfortable.
This policy protects both client and therapist and maintains a professional therapeutic setting.


Health & Safety
Please reschedule if you are feeling ill, have a fever, or exhibit signs of contagious illness.
If you are under medical care or recovering from surgery, please consult your physician before booking.


Local Discount Policy
Clients who live within a 2-mile radius and provide proof of address during their first visit receive a lifetime $10 discount on all sessions.


Privacy & Confidentiality
All personal and health information is kept strictly confidential and will never be shared without written consent, except when required by law.


Refund Policy
Payments for completed services are non-refundable.
Pre-paid sessions canceled within policy guidelines may be credited toward a future appointment.


Minors
Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the first session.


Photo/Marketing Consent
No client photos or testimonials will ever be used for marketing without written permission.
