Meet Your Therapist

At Roots Empire, we are dedicated to providing expert, compassionate care. Led by Sepideh – Fatemeh, a Certified Neuromuscular Therapist and Manual Lymphatic Drainage Practitioner, our work is built on a lifelong passion for anatomy, healing, and hands-on therapeutic techniques.

Before creating Roots Empire, Sepideh spent over 30 years as a graphic designer and illustrator. As an artist, she was fascinated by the human form, muscles, bones, and movement, an interest nurtured by her father, also an artist. What began as drawing evolved into exploring the living language beneath the skin, leading to a deep desire to understand and heal the body through touch. We believe every body has a story, and we’re here to help yours move better, feel better, and live with less pain. Specializing in chronic and acute pain relief, we design each session to meet your unique needs, whether recovering from injury, managing illness, or easing the wear and tear of daily life. With expertise in anatomy, pathology, and therapeutic touch, we tailor every treatment to support your personal healing journey.

A Personal Note:

I’ve lived with fibromyalgia for many years, so I truly understand what it’s like to carry pain that doesn’t always have a clear explanation. Joint pain, muscle soreness, and lack of quality sleep used to be a constant in my life but after every massage session, I felt relief and renewal. Massage therapy helped me reclaim my life, and that’s why I’m passionate about helping you. You don’t have to carry your pain alone. I’m here to support you every step of the way.
